William J. Kovatch, Jr. serves Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax County, Falls Church, Reston, Loudon County and Prince William County.

An elder law attorney provides legal services to the elderly and disabled to address a host of their needs.  Elder law can involve estate planning, planning for a potential disability, estate administration, assisting in making applications for public benefits such as Medicaid, and assisting families in having a guardian or conservator appointed.

William J. Kovatch, Jr. is a lawyer licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia.  He is a graduate of Temple University School of Law, and served one year as a judicial law clerk for the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.  After that, he spent eight years practicing with the Federal Government.

William J. Kovatch, Jr. has specialized training in estate planning issues, public benefits such as Medicaid and Social Security, special needs trusts and guardianships. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).

His office is conveniently located in Old Town Alexandria, on King Street between Columbus Street and Washington Street.  It is the blue door with the blue awning between Raw Silk and the Light Horse Cafe.  Push the door open, and go up the stairs to the second floor.
